Chestnut Oaks Community Mailing List

The community mailing list is a great way to stay on top of the latest important announcements about our neighborhood! Occasionally, we'll send notifications about neighborhood events or important community announcements to anyone who is subscribed to the list.

If you were already registered at the old Chestnut Oaks website, you're still registered and will automatically receive any news that goes out to mailing list recipients.  If you're not yet registered, fill out the information below to subscribe to the mailing list.

Important note: The very first email you receive through the new mailing list, will be a subscription confirmation notice. It will be sent to you from the residents@chestnutoaksinfo.com email address and include instructions for confirming your email address! You MUST follow the instructions and click the confirmation link if you want to continue to receive mailing list communications. After you confirm your address, you will receive a brief thank-you message. Please also remember to add residents@chestnutoaksinfo.com to your list of trusted email addresses in your email program to avoid having these messages being deleted as spam.

If at any time you want to unsubscribe from the list, select the "unsubscribe' option and enter the same email address you used to subscribe. If you don't remember the email you used to subscribe, please send a message to the webmaster using the form on the contact page. Each email you receive will also include a link to this page as well as brief instructions on unsubscribing.

We will never share your information with anyone outside of the Chestnut Oaks HOA board members who are responsible for the content of any communication which goes out to Chestnut Oaks residents.
